You will still get an email for renewal like before.

If you wanted to change your renewal date, you could sign up at your leisure with a new account and then let your existing account expire.

Glad to hear that you guys are pumped about the track packs.

Because we opted to produce an exclusive 2013 diecast (new car) rather than the COT (old car), it will push back the delivery date of the track packs as we await for delivery of the new diecasts. We're doing a special production run of the 2013 JGN 1:64 scale diecasts, that will only be available to members - this is just for you guys and gals!

I like the track pack, but not thrilled with the increase price to belong to the network.

It is pretty close to what it cost last year after the shipping was added, isn't it?

Didn't know you didn't get the shirt. Yes, it is more than originally charged.

I would rather pay up front with free shipping. I didn't even get a track pack last year. I hope I don't miss my renewal notice. It has always been automatic. What happens if I miss it? Is there still a $24 membership? Silly but I just really like it being $24. Please no hats, etc. that doesn't have the 24 on it!

Please bring back personal videos and Questions from Jeff and if not Alan, maybe Eddie or someone else on the 24 team. Not everyone lives on face book and twitter. I would opt for more personal information that is not already all over the internet than 'stuff.' (I personally can't have too many 24 mugs, shirts & hats.)Jeff's personal videos on his fan site to his fans was awesome and really what I enjoyed the most.

No matter what, I will be a member of Jeff's fan club.

I have alerted customer service and someone will reach out to you to assist with making sure that you get your track pack. Did you go through the redemption process for the t-shirt?

There will still be an automatic renewal option at the new rate of $39.99. There will not still be a $24 offering.

Thanks for your feedback.

The diecast and pin would have been good enough, Is the shirt same one from last year, ugh, hope not! Does the hat have a 24 on it? I have time, my membership is due in March, hope to decide by then. 24.00 turned into 34.00 last year with shipping, jumping the price up to 40.00 will be a stretch for some with fixed incomes. Just wished you (Dan) would have really listened to the complaints that were made last fanpack, the price was a factor.....I know I have posted that all we wanted with our membership was a collectable item given out only to us the members. The diecast would have been enough for us, really, and you could have shipped it out a whole bunch cheaper.......Now this is only my opinion! This will have quite a few members jumping ship. Unless you want the 40.00 diecast. Again my opinion.....Patty :)

Sounds good to me, but I will have to think about it. Tired of the problems from another member here.
