I know now that those people that were pretending to be friendly to me were just biding their time. Just waiting to pounce, how else would you see it. No matter what I will never trust those people again, even their prayers for my recovery were fake. Makes me very sad to realize I was played!
I have several family members and friends waiting to come aboard the site. They are very die hard Jeff Gordon fans and are more than willing to pay the 40 dollars just to have their say on the site.
One of the craziest things said by Carol and Matt on ramblings was when they went after Jeannie and Robert for stepping in trying to defend me, what the heck were they doing? Dorothy posted a very offense poem about Iowa, I made a remark about how we have been blessed to be enjoying nice weather, then I tried to reach out to Dorothy, so then Carol jumped in with both feet, making sure she insulted me, then Matt jumped on the bandwagon with his insults, but not just at me but a 15 year old genius from Nova Scotia named Robert. So who is fanning the flames, hmmmmmm. I for one am very happy that Jeannie finally posted what she has been observing on the site, the fact that those 3 such peaceful people have made it their purpose in life to use me as a scapegoat. Then proclaiming their innocence! How truely ridiculous they are. Jeannie put it very nicely, thought we were all past kindergarten, we should be, don't you think?
Guess I am done ranting, but I don't feel better for it, instead I just feel sad. Their lives must be so empty that their only means of enjoyment is making my life hell! They just don't know me, I am a very strong person, my family and friends have my back. Patty

Watched the littlest grandson today, he's fun. Tiring to keep up with, still mending on my part. We had a good day though. He left smiling and with hugs for me and grandpa.
Tomorrow I see the surgeon again, just praying he calls an end to the gauze thing..... I think my husband has had enough, me too! Being called names for posting about my health issues, I truely wouldn't wish what I have gone through on anyone, even her! I am getting better thank God! Thank you to all of you who have wished me well, the sincere wishes for my good health. Much appreciated!

Other than that I was walking on sunshine, very cold here right now but sunny! No snow on ground! That's good! Right! Can't wait for racing to begin, maybe things will lighten up for me on here

It's 3 degrees outside! Cold enough, yes, but we are sharing this brrrr with a few states....or so it seems!
Have no real plans today,, I may have to call a friend, but really hate going out when its this cold... but if I stay home I will have to clean house and do washing....ugh! Did get a compliment from our older neighbors, they said they can't believe I keep my house so clean... if they only knew,! Hehehe! I am a good at hiding stuff! But too even when I was recovering from my surgery I still did what I could. I think it's training I had from my mother in law, she would literally eye scan the house whenever she dropped in. She kept me on my toes!
Is it my imagination? Or is January the longest month ever! It's like the world takes a breath and slows down, why if that's true couldn't we take that much needed breath in June? Oh no summer speeds past! Sorry just had to unleash my January blues onto everyone! Bah hum bug!

Hope Dan keeps up with the pictures, love seeing the family.
Did you see President Obama singing his favorite song to Michelle during their dance, I think he could do a better job singing it than Jennifer. Aren't they a wonderful couple and family, a real expression of family values.

It's gonna get slippery outside here in Iowa today! Sleet! OMG! In the words of Paul Simon, slip sliding away! Love to sing it but not do it.
It doesn't matter on a farm, everyday is the same, the cattle have to be fed..We grind for our feeder cattle, a mix of hay, corn stalks, glouton and or some sort of beer residue. (Happy cattle). So husband and son are outside doing just that, no matter if snow is 6 foot deep, (it's not) or ice an inch thick, they still have to perform. It's called livestock farming! You do notice my name isn't in that at all, I am the farm wife, house cleaned, and man fed, that's my job! It's hard to keep meals fresh and new when you do 3 meals a day times 7. But ya know I love it! I worked outside the home for many years but the husband really missed me (or the meals) and requested I quit. I do miss being around people, I am a people person but our family fills in nicely!
How are you doing?
Patty
