Glad it is warming up for you. I am so glad to be in Las Vegas and it is 70F today.
It has been a lovely day in Las Vegas. I didn't accomplish a thing, just sat here and enjoyed it. There are a couple of things that must be done before dark so time to get moving. Ugh.
My sisters arrive tomorrow and life will be busy busy busy! Hope we get to see and do a lot. We all love to take pictures so we will be out and about seeing what we can photograph.
Hope everyone has had a wonderful first day of February!

Carol, enjoy Vegas with your sisters. Don't get into too much trouble. Take lots of pictures. Post some if you get a chance.

Thanks, Paula! We'll have a great time just being together. I hope we get to drive up to Zion for a day trip. (This will not preclude my trying to meet up with Deb at Zion next month before the race!) I might convince them they want to take a day trip on the bus to the Grand Canyon. My nephew and I did that once and had a great time. Best thing was that neither of us had to worry about driving.

Hate it that you are so miserable, Dorothy! Sorry your MIL has burned all her bridges. Just a few more weeks and Spring will be here and it will be at least warmer than now.

Have a great time with your Sisters Carol. I have looked in to the Day bus tours from Vegas to the Grand Canyon think that would be fun to do some year. My foster Indian sister used to work at the Sky walk on the way to the Canyon which some of the buses also visit. I was going to visit her but now she is teaching cooking (guess its called Culinary arts now) on the Navajo reservation near Monument Valley so hope maybe a visit there someday before she isn't there anymore.
Have only watched Gold rush one time so don't know the characters.

Yes I watch it all the time, and moonshiners also. Moonshine was a way of life here in the mountains.

Aiden's team finished the season a perfect 8-0. Us coaches are beyond thrilled by this. We are buying the boys special t-shirts to commemorate the occasion.
Aiden is number 52. Here is a video of one of his best plays from yesterday: https://www.youtube....be_gdata_player
