i HAVEN'T recived dmy 2012 Fan Pack as yet [Feb 13']. This does not please me and already they are taking money from my account for 2013.

Did you redeem your t-shirt from the confirmation email that you received last year? That is what triggers the shipment to go out. The delivery process worked a little differently last year.

I can assure you JGN cares about ensuring that you get all of your items. I'll let customer service know about the issue, so they can touch base with you.

Additionally, you can call 1-800-927-7821 (Inside US) / 949-333-4820 (Outside US). They will be able to assist with making sure you receive your track pack items.

Dan, I'll be contacting you and the JGN staff soon via telcon. Due to medical problems I don't think I can follow those instructions u sent me regarding redeeming my fan pack for 12'. We can work it out... at least U sound like u care and are truly interested in helping me resolve this problem.
