I am dropping out of JGN due to lack of concern by JGN folks. I still haven't recived my 2012 Fan Pack [Feb 13'] and I am very disappointed. Talking does no good. Good luck to all my JGN friends, tom

Thomas,

Did you redeem your t-shirt from the confirmation email that you received last year? That is what triggers the shipment to go out. The delivery process worked a little differently last year.

I can assure you JGN cares about you receiving all of your items. I'll let customer service know about the issue, so they can touch base with you.

Additionally, you can call 1-800-927-7821 (Inside US) / 949-333-4820 (Outside US). They will be able to assist with making sure you receive your track pack items.

Anytime you're having an issue, all you have to do is let me know here on the message boards or contact customer service. We certainly hope that you do not choose to no longer be a member of the Jeff Gordon Network.

Thanks for your continued support.

Do as Dan says call the membership, if you indeed paid for and not recieved your 2012 fan pack (didn't miss much), then ask them to apply the money you spent to the 2013 fan pack, geez don't leave we need posters and you do. Besides we finally got a really cool fan pack coming, a diecast, hat and shirt. Talk to membership, and please stay, let us know! Just Patty

Tom not only replied but also ordered an XL shirt, sent in his money but heard nothing from them, he has also tried to call, ask for help here a few times and has gotten nothing.

OK guys, it sounds like someone has taken the ropes at JGN now and has control. Thats good as the past it didn't work out. I'll stay if they can straighten things out. I love the JGN so much and all my close JG family I love deeply and I also love praying for Jeff and Team24.

As a note I just got out of the hospital after I had a 'stroke' and I seem to be recovering well. I think my temper and personality is a little edgy presently and somewhat a little beyond my control. I'm working hard to improve everything and improve. Believe me it's an hour by hour thing.

Dan I'll be calling you guys and hope you can help. In my present condition I just don't think I can follow all the instructions you sent to me about redeeming my fan pack and t shirt. I'll call soon,

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND CONCERN.... THANKS DAN.

Thank you Tom for giving JG fan club a second chance, we would miss you greatly. Sorry to hear of your stroke, hope your recovery goes well. I understand the temper thing and I didn't have a stroke. I had some tough surgery not that long ago and my temperment has not recovered 100 percent yet. Just know there are so many good people on this site that can help you through the roughest toughest times, I know because they have helped me so much. Again, hoping for your speedy recovery from the stroke, and glad to hear you Are staying on with us. Patty
